Liberty High School Ceramics Win Big at AMOCA 2026
The American Museum of Ceramic Art in Pomona California held its annual Juried High School Exhibition. 400 students submitted including 70 High Schools and 23 states from around the nation. 10 Liberty Ceramic students were selected into the show and Mariam Trevino Rodriguez won Best in Show for all 11th graders with a cash award, free membership, and the ability to exhibit at the museum! Isis Hernandez was awarded Honorable Mention for 9th/10th! Also selected into the juried exhibition was Dulce Reyes Lopez, Katie Salee, Axel Weeks, Gia Dominguez, Lauren Dupree, Fatima Muhumud, Taylor FitzHenry, and Sonya Wilde. A huge congratulations to all the students and their commitment!
